In April this year, Apple has sued Samsung accusing it of violating patents for invention and copying the design and implementation in the Galaxy S series. Samsung sued Apple but the company but Cupertino has obtained the consent of the court to see prototypes of the Galaxy S Series terminals to determine if they were indeed violated patents. Samsung responded with a request that they notify their interest to see prototypes of the iPad 3 and iPhone 5 accusing Apple Company for violation of patents by using the new terminal of Samsung’s proprietary technologies.

At the request of those from Samsung, Apple lawyers have introduced a welcome part. Apple’s lawyers accused Samsung of harassment and believe that iPhone 5 and iPad 3 prototypes could not be shown to those from Samsung since they were not brought to market. If the request from Samsung will be accepted or not remains to be seen but the chances are small considering that the iPhone 5 and iPad 3 are still in production. It is interesting how Apple’s lawyers have questioned believe that the company that protects, is harassed by Samsung by asking to see iPad 3 and iPhone 5 prototypes but I think we have before us a slight exaggeration of the true situation.

We must not forget that Samsung and Apple are partners for many years and now the Samsung delivers components. It will be interesting to see how the process will evolve.
